Our Founders
Moses Ozoumeh and Zee Othman are passionate people who found their purpose in life wanting to save and Educate children through sports wellness, creativity, daily activities and life skills. Being able to understand poverty at first hand; both of these incredible personals have lived in slums and urban communities growing up in different Geographical countries and situations.
Knowing the importance of Sports activities and Mental Health Rehabilitation was the start of S2SA; they fully registered the NGO {7471***0} under {Slum 2 Stardom Association} S2SA in April 2024 without even meeting in person. Their connection and common goals on Humanitarian act have align them to build a team of people who has the same drive, vision, passion and the love for giving back to the community as they do.
They understood their common calling and the importance of child development and growth which they will help guild the children to have a healthy mindset, multiple life skills, guidance and encouragement to uplift them to become educative and resourceful in the future.
Our Motivation
Moses and Zee have seen the increase and misuse of hard drugs and alcohol by children and young teenagers within their communities both in Nigeria and London especially teenagers with great talents, academically gifted and those who have sports abilities.
(Over 27.6% increase in London 18th in the World and 14.4 % of increase in Nigeria) we need to change the way children and young people look at life by impacting them in something beneficial and efficient for their lives, as every child deserves to learn and be Educated.
Many young children and teenagers turn into gangs, clique’s, even dropping out of school; leaving their love and passion for Sports activities, their Skills and Education just so they can fit in with their local streets influencers and society; with your support we can reduce this by educating these incredible young children who wants to learn but cannot afford to do so due to lack of funds or facilities.
